The customer will be liable to pay all services fee up until the effective date of services stoppage including The advance payment which is not refundable.

أي تغييرات رئيسية في التصميم بعد موافقه العميل و استكمال المناظير النهائيه (تغيير شكل التصميم ، تغيراماكن الاثاث بالكامل ، تعديل الأثاث وأي تغييرات رئيسية أخرى في نمط التصميم ) سيتم احتساب 1000 درهم فقط لكل تغيير في التصميم لكل فراغ.

After customer approval, the customer will be given the opportunity to change only slightly once (change in colors or some floor materials and walls)
Any major design changes after the customer approves and completes the endoscopes (changing the theme of the design, changing the entire furniture, modifying the furniture and any other major changes in design style), only AED 1000 will be charged for each design change for each area/room.

إذا فشلت في تقديم الدفعات و الايفاء بشروطنا ، أو نشك في أنك أخفقت ، أو امتثلنا لأي شرط من شروط الخدمة هذه ، فيجوز لنا أيضًا إنهاء هذه الاتفاقية في أي وقت دون إشعار ، وستظل مسؤولاً عن جميع المبالغ المستحقة إلى تاريخ الإنهاء ؛ و/ أو وفقًا لذلك قد يمنعك من الوصول إلى خدماتنا (أو أي جزء منها).

القسم 17 - كامل الاتفاقية

لا يشكل فشلنا في ممارسة أو تطبيق أي حق أو حكم من شروط الخدمة هذه تنازلاً عن هذا الحق أو الحكم.

القسم 19 - تغييرات على مفاهيم التصميم المعتمدة

تغييرات التصميم من قبل العميل بعد اعتماد نمط التصميم و اكتمال المنظور

•
بعد موافقة العميل ، سيمنح العميل الفرصة لتغيير طفيف لمرة واحدة فقط (التغيير في الألوان او بعض مواد الارضيات و الحوائط)
• أي تغييرات رئيسية في التصميم بعد موافقه العميل و استكمال المناظير النهائيه (تغيير شكل التصميم ، تغيراماكن الاثاث بالكامل ، تعديل الأثاث وأي تغييرات رئيسية أخرى في نمط التصميم ) سيتم احتساب 1000 درهم فقط لكل تغيير في التصميم لكل فراغ.

القسم 20 - تغييرات على شروط الخدمة

يمكنك مراجعة أحدث إصدار من شروط الخدمة في أي وقت في هذه الصفحة.
